About

Gabriela Lilavois
Principal

Gabriela Lilavois, Principal of Long View Commercial, founded the firm after nearly six years in office and flex building development, investment, and ownership in Central Florida. As Vice President of Leasing for a private owner, she was responsible for leasing a 500,000 SF Orlando office portfolio — and was involved in managing, developing, acquiring, renovating, and selling office space across it.

That work spanned more than 100,000 SF of interior improvements and approximately 151,000 SF of ground-up office development, alongside construction management, development management, asset management, and the acquisition and disposition of land and buildings.

She founded Long View Commercial to help business owners and property owners alike make informed decisions about their commercial space. For tenants, that means identifying the right location and negotiating the lease; for landlords, positioning and leasing the asset on terms that hold up. In either case, she manages the space planning and build-out from design through delivery — one point of contact, from the first tour through the day the doors open.

Gabriela holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Central Florida and is a licensed real estate broker. She is an active member of CREW Orlando, serving on the UCREW committee — work that reflects a genuine passion for introducing university students to the opportunities within the commercial real estate industry.

Informed decisions, made with the future in mind. That's the long view.
